As an IRB member I love this book, nice compact resource that makes me a better reviewer and helps to focus our IRB meetings. A must have for any IRB committee members, or any applicants wanting a better understanding of the IRB process. I love this book so much I'm reluctant to lend it out for fear I won't get it back!
