This book is alright. Some sections could be more concise or present better background information, but overall the book is alright. I do appreciate the examples in the book- very helpful to understand the concepts.
I've really enjoyed reading this book for my p-chem class. it is simple and to the point. For those students that are less mathematically inclined, if spends less time talking about the derivations than other books.
It was very helpful. Some parts are better than others, but it definitely helped me.I would suggest also subscribe to chegg for many of the solutions. It was this combination that aided me to make and A in my Pchem class.
This book is very helpful to get a better grasp on the lecture material. I just wish my professor would follow it more closely
